Registration
We encourage parents to tour the center with their child, to ask many questions and to know they are making the right choice for both their child and themselves.
At the time of enrollment, a non-refundable Registration Fee and one week's tuition is paid to secure your enrollment. Your opening will be held no longer than 30 days unless a prior agreement is made between the parent and administrator. The one-week tuition will be held and applied against your last week's tuition upon written notice of termination. The following forms are required three days prior to starting.

Children under two
Voluntary
All immunizations must be up to date, as required by the State of Wisconsin. Acceptance is based on current enrollment, please call to ensure availability.
